West Harbour City PH III will be located on north side of West Harbour City Phase I (620 Fleet Street), is bordered by Fort York Boulevard, Fort York runs from HARBOUR Front to Bathurst. This Project is on south side of Gardiner Expressway. Each of these facades has a different character, and the design responds uniquely to each condition.
